Dog Walking

This service is ideal for working professionals or others who simply don't have time to walk their dog. K9 Fred Pet Service will come to your home and take your dog on a walk.

Pet Sitting In Your Home

This service is especially suited to cats and other small animals that can be left home alone, but require daily visits for feeding and other care. K9 Fred Pet Service will look after your pets while you are out of town. Each visit includes feeding, fresh water, brushing, playing, exercise/walk, cleaning up after pet(s), litter box cleaning and, if needed, medication (at no extra charge). Upon request, we will also rotate lights, pick up mail and newspapers and water plants.

Upon request, overnight stays in your home are also available for an hourly charge.

Overnight Boarding or Daycare in Our Home

Our overnight boarding service is great for dogs that cannot be left at home alone while their owners are out of town. Unlike kennel boarding, when your dog boards with us, the animal will be living in a family environment with 24/7 supervision, instead of being put in a cage and left alone during after hours. Your pet will have the run of the house and a big, fenced-in yard to play in. Before coming to board with us, your dog and our dogs will have their own "meet- and-greet." While you are away, your dog will be part of our pack!

We also offer daycare in our home. All overnight boarding/daycare pets must be up to date on all vaccinations!

Dog & Puppy Training

If your dog is in need of some manners, K9 Fred Pet Service can help! Certified trainer Marianne Morath, A.B.C.D.T., uses a positive motivational approach, which plays off dogs' natural desire to please their masters. All dogs want to be good dogs. Positive motivation is the kindest, most humane way to teach them to be the best dogs they can be. Marianne can work to solve existing and new problematic behavior.

Additional Services

K9 Fred Pet Service can also transport your pet to the vet or the groomer, or pick up and drop off your pet for daycare or overnight boarding. We do our best to accommodate our clients' needs and special requests. So, please feel free to ask us!

Pricing

  • Dog Walking/Pet Sitting - Standard visit 1 to 2 times per week is $20.00; 3 to 5 times per week is $17.00. This includes a walk, and after the walk feeding, medications, bringing in the mail, etc.
  • Extended Stay (Overnight in Your Home) - $10.00/hour.
  • Daycare in Our Home - $20.00/day for one dog; 2nd dog 1/2 price.
  • Overnight Boarding in Our Home - $30.00/night for one dog; 2nd dog 1/2 price.
  • Dog & Puppy Training - FREE initial visit with you and your pet to determine what it is you want from your pet. After that, 5 visits in the comfort of your home at $20.00/visit.
  • Trips to the Vet or Groomer; Pick Up/Drop Off Service for Boarding (within 5 miles) - Please contact us for pricing.
